Freddie Freeman was born in Fountain Valley CA and seems to have grown up in OC (orange county CA), but plays for the Canadian team during international competition because both of his parents were Canadian, and now he apparently holds a dual citizenship and chooses to be on the Canadian team. interesting. he was actually an angels fan growing up. Not dodgers. But you better believe he's the biggest Dodgers fan now. He's hit a home run in every single world series game so far ! Including the unforgettable Grand Slam in game 1 : Kirk Gibson style. I Just wish he would choose to play for the American team.
